This internal project for Ryman Healthcare employees was designed to celebrate Kindness Week by sharing kind messages between team members. The collateral included a wordmark, a digital tile and personalised emoji for internal communications, an interactive message chain and an instructional poster.
The development of the message chain involved significant problem-solving, as I had to ensure user-friendliness for thousands of employees while also addressing in-house printing limitations. I carefully mapped out the interactive process from start to finish, exploring several concepts and addressing potential challenges users might face. The final solution was a simple design that allowed users to easily engage with the message chain and even take it home as a token of kindness.
